Our Services
We provide you with multiple services when it comes to painting. We paint interior and exterior Residential and commercial homes and buildings. We also provide painting services on Decks, Deck Railings, Fences, Any Surface that you’d like painted, and we also provide pressure washing services on top of the painting.
Prep Work
When you schedule your Exterior home to be painted we provide pressure washing services before we start to prep or apply paint to any surface. We Prep the home by placing tape and plastic on windows so the spray does get applied on windows. We place masking paper on floor, deck, and roof so we don’t spray it with paint. We also place drop cloths all over the house and roof so no drips of paint get on the floor or roof of the house. Then we start with caulking, scraping off any old paint, sand it down and use primer before we apply the paint over it. We apply primer to areas that need it such as Patched areas, or areas that have taken more damage. Once all the prep work is done then we apply the paint
Painting
Once the Prep work is done we apply the paint. We Spray the first coat of paint on one side of the house, once we apply the first coat we use a large roller to back roll over the first coat of spray to make sure the paint is applied strong on the surface of the house. Once we’re done using a roller we spray it a second time over on the same side so that the surface of the house gets a lot of paint so it lasts for a long time. We apply the same steps all over the house until the whole house has been sprayed.
Touch up
Once the paint is done we remove all the plastic and tape off windows, we remove masking paper off the floor, and roof, and we remove all drop cloths. We do touch ups all around the house and we clean all the trash up and make sure everything looks clean. That is the end of it.We also provide the owner with extra paint before we leave.
